Heads up key collectors, a new Disney Store key celebrating Pluto’s 90th anniversary is coming soon! The new Pluto Disney Key will be available through the new MerchPass system. MerchPass entries will be open beginning September 3, 2020, starting at 7:00 am PT.
There will also be a matching pin as part of this collection! This won’t be like the previous character keys that looked like the character costumes. Instead, this will feature a look at Pluto then, and now. The classic “D” will be yellow, with darker yellow paw prints, and the end of the key will say “Pluto” above the yellow castle. My son’s favorite Mickey and friends character is Pluto, and we have been hoping for a Pluto key for a while!
The MerchPass does not guarantee you the key or pin, however. It will simply give you the chance to purchase the Pluto 90th Anniversary Key & Key Pin. According to the promotion terms, it says the terms will be sold separately. It will be one entry per person, and prices or quantities have not been revealed yet.
