The Mac & Cheese Food Truck Is Now Open At Disney Springs!

Disney Springs is adding a new food truck in the Food Truck Park on the West Side – and it’s open today!  Starting today the Mac & Cheese Food Truck will be dishing up cheesy goodness for lunch and dinner.

Stop by for a sampling of the Crunchy Mac-N-Cheese complete with six different kinds of cheese, and topped with crunchy cheese puffs.  Or maybe try the Bacon Cheeseburger Mac-N-Cheese with cheddar and American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and crispy potato sticks!

The menu is rounded out by the Italian-inspired Chicken Parm Mac-N-Cheese, Smoked Brisket Mac-n-Cheese served with tangy BBQ sauce, and the Lobster & Shrimp Mac-N-Cheese.
