Gordon Ramsay’s New Restaurant The Carnaby Makes Its Debut at Downtown Disney District Today ()

NEW! The all-new Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby brings the Brit pop culture of the swinging ‘60s London, whilst a selection of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s iconic and delicious dishes deliver culinary star power.

This vibrant, high-energy restaurant features Chef Ramsay’s hallmarks including beef Wellington, fish & chips, cottage pie, and sticky toffee pudding, along with a tableside prime rib cart and playful, flavorful, and visually stunning cocktails. These can all be enjoyed from three distinctive dining settings, featuring an expansive patio overlooking the district, with a curated music soundtrack of ‘60s British hits.

  • NEW! Earl of Sandwich is the place to savor the sandwich that started it all! The menu honors John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich who invented the meal in 1762. Selections include The Original 1762, The Full Montagu, The Holiday Turkey, and many other freshly baked sandwiches on artisan breads.
  • This flagship location offers The Carvery, a centerpiece experience where premium pastrami is carved fresh throughout the day. Beyond sandwiches, the soups, salads, sides, and breakfast items are also a highlight, along with oversized cookies loaded with toppings and pillowy cinnamon rolls.

This culinary concept is from Chef Barb Batiste, rooted in family recipes passed down through generations.
  • NEW! Cathy’s Cookies cart serves warm, fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies by the dozen or by the bucket, which can be perfectly paired with a decadent hot chocolate or refreshing bottle of milk. Plus, ready-to-bake dough-to-go is an option to enjoy the aromas of fresh-baked cookies at home.
  • NEW! Happy Ice is bringing their vibrant Philadelphia-style Italian ice to a new cart in the district. These refreshing treats are all-natural and made from scratch with real fruit, pure cane sugar, and premium ingredients.

Bopo Go! is a new café concept from Eric Wang and Philip Wang of the Southern California-based Bopomofo Café locations. Created expressly for Downtown Disney, Bopo Go! will serve the same high quality, authentic boba tea, real juices and matcha with all-natural ingredients. Inspired by convenience stores in Asia, this quick stop will carry other signature beverages, light bites such as elevated cup noodles and classic egg salad sandwiches, along with imported snacks and candies.

  • Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon, from Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori, will be a classic steakhouse serving up prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, sandwiches and salads, and an impressive selection of bourbon and cocktails with a lively center bar.
  • Pearl’s Roadside BBQ, also from Chef Isidori, will be a quick service eatery offering dishes such as pulled pork and beef brisket with house-made sauces, along with craft beers and moonshine cocktails.
What's New and What's Coming to Disneyland's Downtown Disney District

Construction is underway to bring Porto’s Bakery & Cafe, an iconic Southern California destination known for its sweet pastries as well as California-Cuban-inspired dishes, to Downtown Disney. Foodies can look forward to picking up their signature Cheese Rolls, Potato Balls and other favorite goodies from the bakery and cafe, plus this new location will be the first Porto’s with sit-down table service and a full bar.
