The Edison September Mixology Series is not only a celebration of exquisite drinks but also a demonstration of their commitment to giving back. In partnership with the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, the restaurant aims to provide support for the well-being of animals in Central Florida.

The Edison’s dedicated team has curated a special menu of expertly crafted cocktails, each inspired by our beloved furry companions. Complementing the drinks are carefully selected specialty food stations, offering a variety of elevated bites that will tantalize your taste buds. The cocktails will be available through September 15th.
In addition to the delightful culinary experience, guests will have the opportunity to engage in a silent auction featuring enticing prizes from renowned restaurants and hotels in and around Disney Springs, Kennedy Space Center tickets, exclusive mixology events at The Edison, and more. A significant portion of the proceeds generated from this event will be donated to the Pet Alliance, contributing to their essential work.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 14th, as the doors will swing open at 6:30 p.m. for an evening of enjoyment and philanthropy. While The Edison adores pets, they kindly request that you leave your furry friends at home for this occasion.
For those seeking an enhanced experience, a Platinum Upgrade option is available for an additional $40. This upgrade offers a choice between a 1 oz. pour of the exquisite WhistlePig Old World Rye Whiskey 12-Year or a 3 oz. pour of the exceptional 2018 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon. These expertly chosen pours will be perfectly paired with A-5 Wagyu pastrami nestled between house-baked focaccia and dijon-naise.
To participate in this event, guests must be ages 21 and older. Tickets can be purchased here, starting at $85 per person.
