Tangerine Cafe in Epcot Temporarily Closed

Tangerine Cafe

Heading to Epcot soon? Don’t make any plans to eat at Morocco’s Tangerine Cafe; that dining location is temporarily closed. As a staple of the World Showcase, guests quickly noticed its closure in person and on the Walt Disney World website. At this time, it is unknown how long the restaurant will remain closed.

Since Epcot reopened on July 15th, Tangerine Cafe has been operating as usual. The lunch and dinner menu has remained the same as before Walt Disney World closures. Their delicious options include Shawarma Chicken and Lamb, Moroccan Kefta Wrap, and a Vegetarian Platter. Other notable options are the hummus, baklava, and Moroccan mint tea.

As far as quick service options go, Tangerine Cafe is a popular choice at Epcot. If you’re wondering what other options you may have when dining at Epcot, these restaurants are also quick service: Regal Eagle Smokehouse (America), Sunshine Seasons (The Land), Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie (France), and Katsura Grill (Japan). Many restaurants remain closed since the park shut down. However, even as options are limited, the Food and Wine Festival booths have opened, so if you don’t mind standing while you eat, there are lots of choices.

If you still have to get your Moroccan food fix, Spice Road Table is taking reservations. Still, we will be waiting anxiously for news that Tangerine Cafe is reopening. We really love their food!
