Union Election for 1,700 Disneyland Character and Parade Performers Disney Cast Members who bring beloved characters to life at Disneyland Resort are voting on whether to form a union. The union election, overseen by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), takes place on-site at Disneyland from May 15th to 18th.
