It’s officially Mardi Gras at Universal Studios. Mardi Gras 2021: International Flavors of Carnaval, will take place daily at Universal Studios Florida through Sunday, March 28. Guests will enjoy a first-of-its-kind global food fest with more than 100 new food and beverage items inspired by Carnaval celebrations from around the world.
