Disney is taking a bold step to address the affordable housing crisis in Central Florida by dedicating 80 acres of land for a new community near the Magic Kingdom. In partnership with The Michaels Organization, Disney plans to offer approximately 1,400 mixed-income housing units, with over 1,000 reserved as affordable.
