At 12:02am ET on Wednesday, March 20th, the Walt Disney Company’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox will be officially complete. The multi-billion dollar deal was first announced in December of 2017. After much consideration and negotiation, Disney will absorb the rights to all 21st Century Fox movie and TV divisions.
