Okay, if this isn’t the cutest story we have heard about the production of Disney’s Encanto I don’t know what is. Though it was known that she was pregnant during the production of Encanto, Actress Stephanie Beatriz who voices the singing and spoken role of Mirabel Madrigal recently shared that while recording her solo song, “Waiting On A Miracle” she was in labor!

Beatriz shared the news in a recent interview with Variety, stating: “I didn’t want to tell anybody at Disney because I didn’t want anyone to freak out. But I was already having some contractions when we were scheduled to record that day. I was like ‘Well, fingers crossed I finish the song before [the baby] comes!’“
Luckily, Stephanie was able to finish recording the song before giving birth to her daughter the following day. We are so happy to hear that things went well in the recording booth and in the birthing suite for Beatriz and hope she and her husband Brad Ross are enjoying raising little Rosaline!
