Stars Reunite for National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
Chevy Chase, Christie Brinkley and Beverly D’Angelo enjoy a comedic reunion! The trio were dressed in their most festive holiday attire and wore matching Christmas sweaters with embroidered reindeers and snowflakes.
Chevy Chase, Christie Brinkley and Beverly D’Angelo reunited almost 40 years after the release of the first film as they enjoyed some downtime before hitting a comic con in Pennysylvania.
“These Three Amigos are going to need a Christmas Vacation after @steelcitycomiccon,” Brinkley captioned a photo with her friends on Instagram. “I just love you two.”
Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo starred as Clark and Ellen Griswold in the classic family series.
The three attended the convention less than two weeks after the 33rd anniversary of the release of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, the third film in the series. Chase and D’Angelo had also reunited at a 30th anniversary screening of the movie, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, in 2019. They were joined by Johnny Galecki and Juliette Lewis, two of eight actors who portrayed the Griswolds’ son and daughter, Rusty and Audrey, in the original Vacation film series.
