The Spyglass Grill at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will be reopening soon! After being closed for 2 years, the restaurant will be reopening on April 14, 2022.

When it reopens, this quick service restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Guests will also be able to get the Coconut Sugar Bunny Cupcake here from April 14 to 23. It is a carrot cake cupcake filled with pineapple and topped with cream cheese buttercream and a coconut sugar bunny.
