Paired with: Sugarcane shrimp and a vibrant orange-fennel salad
• Second Course: Ansonia
Dewar’s 21 Year, sweet vermouth, Luxardo cherry liqueur, absinthe rinse
Paired with: St. Louis-style ribs and Yukon gold potato salad — backyard barbecue meets luxury
• Third Course: Crème Brûlée Old-Fashioned
Angel’s Envy Triple Oak, Tuaca, caramelized demerara, Woodford Reserve chocolate bitters
Paired with: Rich brioche bread pudding (because Dad deserves dessert, too)
Optional Add-On: Feeling extra generous? Elevate the evening with a 1 oz. pour of Facundo Paraiso — a rare, ultra-premium rum for an additional $30/person.
