Award winning Chef Tony Mantuano is opening an incredible new dining experience in Disney Springs, Terralina Crafted Italian. We were able to join him last night at the new restaurant for a sneak peak of what guests can expect!
Terralina Crafted Italian officially opens for lunch today, June 28th.
The beautiful front entrance has the menu on display.
Here you’ll find everything currently offered in the dining room including the appetizers, entrees and lunch specials.
There is a very relaxing outdoor seating area complete with a bar.
When entering Terralina Crafted Italian, you can immediately feel the atmosphere. Both vibrant and warm, the space is incredibly welcoming.
Located on the check in desk is this sign. Chef Mantuano’s vision for Terralina was to give guests a true Italian experience. Italy’s Lake District is known for it’s breathtaking scenery, amazing Italian cuisine and inspirational settings.
Along with the gorgeous decor, the offerings of the night were as equally spectacular.
Craft lemonade was on hand, complete with celery bitters, rosemary and lavender infused vodka.
All around the restaurant were stations dedicated to different items on the menu. This meatball and polenta is topped with shaved pecorino.
These chefs were hard at work shaving fresh Prosciutto for guests.
This station displayed a citrus marinated Porchetta.
One of my absolute favorites of the evening is the Terralina Crafted Italian Olive Oil. This extra virgin olive oil is specially designed in Italy exclusively for Chef Mantuano.
You can purchase the Terralina brand olive oil for $19.95 to take home.
Who doesn’t love fresh pasta? Terralina makes all of their pasta in house.
The chefs were demonstrating their pasta skills and showing guests how to make authentic noodles.
Close by was all about the sauces to go with those hand made noodles.
The wine selection was on display as well. Guests could choose from a variety of reds and whites.
Also on display were authentic Italian photos showcasing a rich history full of love and cuisine.
These black and white photos can be found all over the restaurant.
Another beautiful feature inside is this chandelier. Crafted with a wagon wheel and hanging mason jars, the chandelier definitely creates a wonderful atmosphere.
There are many other lighting fixtures throughout that each bring something extra to the space.
Intimate jar candles are located on the tables as well.
What better way to finish out the evening than with dessert?
The Panna Cotta with lemon zest and thyme is incredibly decadent.
Authentic Italian cuisine would not be complete with my personal favorite, the Cannoli. The filling in this Cannoli had a great orange zest and was topped with a chocolate drizzle.
Terralina Crafted Italian will be open daily in Disney Springs for lunch and dinner beginning today, June 28th. Dining reservations are available now for July 30th and afterwards. Walk ins are welcome.
