The only thing that can begin to take away the magic of Walt Disney World is when you or someone in your party becomes ill on your visit. There’s nothing worse to miss a day of the action because of a sore throat or minor illness. Well, it looks like Disney is interested in getting you back in the parks even quicker with a pilot program announced for Disney’s All-Star Resorts.
WDWInfo is reporting that a nurse will now be on-site at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and will serve the three All-Star Resorts. The nurse is scheduled to be available daily in the lobby At All-Star Music from 7 am to 11 am and can assist Guests with over-the-counter medicines, minor first-aid needs such as bandages, and more. If a Guest requires additional care, the nurse will be able to direct Guests where to go.
The program will begin on January 22 and run for 90 days. At that time, it will be reviewed and hopefully extended to other Walt Disney World Resorts. Because, who wants to be stuck in their room at Disney World?!
