This Peter Pan Float will make you fly away!
You can find this delicious dole whip float at Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom Park and is both delicious and refreshing! It also comes with a red milk chocolate feather on it just like the one Peter Pan wears on his cap!
And now you don’t have to wait until you go to Disney World to try it because we have the recipe for you! Take a look:
PETER PAN FLOAT
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 3/4 cup of lime juice
- 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups of whole milk
- 2 liters of lemon-lime soda

INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together egg yolks, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and lime juice. Cook 7 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a large bowl. Add cream and milk. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate covered 1 hour.
- Pour cooled mixture into an ice cream machine. Follow manufacturer’s instructions and run about 20 minutes, or until mixture begins to thicken. Scoop into a large plastic container, cover and freeze 5 hours or overnight.
- To serve: Scoop ice cream into cups and pour lemon-lime soda on top.
