Pumpkin Waffle returns to Vivoli il Gelato in Disney Springs. Pumpkin Spice season is upon us, and we could not be happier. With snacks and treats showing up all over Disney World for the Halloween season, Vivoli Il Gelato in DIsney Springs has joined in with their seasonal offering. The Pumpkin Waffle.
The returning waffle is a Pumpkin waffle, with a scoop of vanilla gelato on top. Whipped cream and brown sugar finish off the toppings. We got a chance to try it out this year, and it is as good as ever. The pumpkin spice is not over the top, and the waffle has that perfect outer hardness, while the inside is soft and chewy. The mixture of all that and the melting gelato makes for a delicious snack or in our case breakfast.
