The smell of pumpkin spice is in the air. It’s that time of year again and no trip to Disney’s Hollywood Studios would be complete without a stop at Trolley Car Cafe aka Starbucks.
You can smell it before you see it. Just as you are entering the park and as soon as you walk past the Celebrity 5 & 10 Shop the smell of fresh coffee pulls you in.
On my last trip, I noticed that Starbucks was telling us it was officially time to celebrate the fall season and who am I to argue? I mean it’s 95 degrees out in Florida so I need every bit of convincing I can get.
Seasonal Owl Cake Pop
Upon entering the first thing I noticed was this cute little Owl Cake Pop in the display case. Sure it’s your standard vanilla cake base and I am more of a chocolate girl but it was a nice little bite-sized treat. The owl cake pop is a vanilla cake ball covered in a dense layering of icing. It was very sweet as Starbucks Cake Pops tend to be but there’s not much there so it’s not overwhelming. I would say it’s more of a two-bite-and-done deal. I do wish it had a more seasonal flavor like pumpkin.
Other non-seasonal flavors were chocolate, cookie, and strawberry.

Next up were the Pumpkin Scones and Pumpkin Cream Cheese Flavored Muffin. My husband ordered the muffin and really enjoyed it. He said it tasted exactly like pumpkin pie. The muffin was nice and dense and had a cream cheese center and filling. It also had a light sprinkle of toasted oats on the top.

We grabbed the Iced Latte and the flavor on this was not quite right. We will take it easy on them though because it was the first day back of the season for this beloved flavored coffee. In hindsight, we wish we had tried the hot version but it was a hard sell in the Florida heat that night.
Don’t be afraid to give one of these three pumpkin-spiced drinks a try. That Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato sure looks interesting. You can get the Latte warm or cold. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew would be good on a hot Florida day.
We had fun sampling all the treats at Starbucks Trolley Car Cafe. It’s a great place to stop and get re-energized when entering or even leaving the parks.
