Construction is still underway on the new Moana attraction in Epcot. The attraction, Journey of Water Inspired by Moana, was announced in 2019 and according to Disney officials it will be the “first-ever experience inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios’ hit film [and] will let Guests interact with magical, living water in a beautiful and inspiring setting.”

Twitter user, @bioreconstruct, regularly shares photos of the construction progress for the attraction. Their most recent post shows pipes being installed for water circulation.
