Pluto Gets a New Artsy Collar for Festival of the Arts. One of the things we love about Epcot is walking in and before you get to Spaceship Earth, at the front of the park more often than not, you can run into Characters meeting and greeting guests. The area seems to be mostly Goofy and Pluto lately. So it was very noticeable, when Pluto came out on the first day of the Festival of the Arts, that he had a new colorful collar on.
Pluto’s New Artsy Collar features an artist’s palette with his name and a few colors. The rest of the collar is very colorful with paint splatters all around it. We love when the characters get new looks like this. Pluto just had his collar updated to feature the 50th-anniversary logo, so seeing another update so soon is great.
