Key Event Details:

Outdoor Kitchens operate daily from February 28 through May 27, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM and continuing until park close, unless specified otherwise.
A valid EPCOT admission and a theme park reservation are required for entry.
Food and beverage selections are available for separate purchase, providing a delightful array of choices to suit every palate.
Some food studio offerings may have limited availability, so early exploration is encouraged.
Alcoholic beverages are exclusively served to Guests aged 21 and older, with a valid form of identification required.

ID Requirements to Purchase Alcoholic Beverages
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages at any establishment in the state of Florida—including Walt Disney World Resort and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Alcohol will not be served to anyone who does not present valid identification upon request. The following forms of ID will be accepted as proof of age:

Details Revealed for 2024 Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite

Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite is returning with galactic entertainment, novel themed snacks and unique photo opportunities on eight separate nights at Disneyland park! That’s twice as many nights as previous years.

“Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite” in 2024 at Disneyland Park

This separately ticketed event will be held on April 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 and May 2, 7 and 9, 2024. We’ve got all the details, including the dates these tickets go on sale, Magic Key pre-sale opportunities, plus a new “notify me” option that will be available to guests while they’re waiting in the online queue to purchase tickets!

New Things to Look Forward To, Plus Returning Favorites

At Star Wars Nite, guests can get ready to dive into an expanded array of themed foods and experience out-of-this world entertainment offerings with new plot twists and enhanced excitement:

Dine on over twenty new, yummy treats available only during Star Wars Nites, including:
- Street-style Elote Burger at Hungry Bear Restaurant
- Pork Belly Sisig-inspired Loaded Fries at Red Rose Taverne
- Pineapple and Ube Crescent Sundae at The Tropical Hideaway
- Chocolate Funnel Cake at Stage Door Café
- Crab Fritters at Royal Street Veranda
- Specialty menu items will also be available at Cafe Orleans, subject to availability. Reservations are recommended and can be booked online soon.
Guests in Star Wars-themed costumes are invited to participate in The Fleet of Fandom cavalcade, where they will join Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in a march down Main Street, U.S.A., culminating in a group photo in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, illuminated with galactic projections.
Guests can bring their lightsaber and learn how to handle it with skill, concentration, and a clear mind with a quick stop at the Star Wars Nite Lightsaber Instructional at “it’s a small world” mall. Here, guests will be introduced to all-new maneuvers specially crafted for this year’s recruits. All members of the Light Side and/or Dark Side are welcome.
Dance along at the Galactic Dance Party with a Master DJ on Main Street, U.S.A.
Guests can bring their lightsabers and gather at the Millennium Falcon for a Resistance Show of Unity!
Guests should be prepared to encounter Captain Phasma and her elite unit of Stormtroopers in Tomorrowland.
Guests can immerse themselves in multiple Star Wars-themed photo opportunities, featuring some new places and faces from across the Star Wars universe!

And, as Disneyland After Dark enthusiasts know, each Star Wars Nite will begin with a pre-party mix-in at Disneyland park from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. PT before the party officially begins. In addition to all the themed fun that comes to life just for the party, guests will have the opportunity to ride some popular attractions after regular park hours (often with less wait times)! Admission also includes souvenir keepsakes such as a Star Wars Nite credential and event guide map, plus unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken throughout the event.

Tickets On Sale Soon, with Magic Key Pre-Sale Opportunities

Also new for this event, Inspire Magic Key holders will have the first opportunity to purchase pre-sale tickets for Star Wars Nite. On Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024 (no earlier than 9 a.m. PT) Inspire Key holders may purchase from a select amount of pre-sale tickets on Disneyland.com. Then, on Wednesday Feb. 21 and Thursday, Feb. 22, all Magic Key holders will have the opportunity to purchase from a select amount of pre-sale tickets. On Friday, Feb. 23 (no earlier than 9 a.m. PT), tickets will go on sale to the general public. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.

New “Notify Me” Option in Queue

For the first time, if guests are waiting in the online queue to purchase Star Wars Nite tickets, they may have the option to be digitally notified when it’s their time to enter the ticket store.

To participate, once in the queue, guests can choose the “notify me” option and enter their email address. They will receive an email letting them know it’s their turn to return to the waiting room in order to enter the ticket store site. From the time their turn begins, they will have ten minutes to use the link to return to the site.

Tokyo DisneySea is hosting its first ever Food & Wine Festival this year! The festival begins on April 1, 2024, and runs through June 30.

The festival will feature menus inspired by countries around the world, drawing from the eight themed ports of Tokyo DisneySea. Food locations will be centralized in the American Waterfront area.

A new Disneyland Paris Stitch Ear Headband is ready to join your collection! We spotted this adorable ear headband at the France pavilion in Epcot for $34.99, so now there’s no need to go all the way to the city of lights to get yours.

It features plush ears with Disneyland Paris, the Eiffel Tower and fireworks on one ear and Sleeping Beauty Castle with fireworks on the other. The back of the ears feature french buildings and the “ugly ducklings” plus more fireworks.

Amazon is Remaking 80’s Cult Hit Roadhouse

Jake Gyllenhaal’s highly-anticipated Road House remake is set to make its Prime Video debut on March 21, streaming globally in over 240 territories worldwide. The film, a contemporary reimagining of the 1989 cult classic, stars Gyllenhaal as an ex-UFC fighter turned bouncer at a Florida Keys roadhouse, adding a modern twist to the original storyline.

The official poster for the movie has been released, paying homage to the iconic Double Deuce bar and incorporating Easter eggs for fans to discover. The remake, based on the original film starring Patrick Swayze, follows the story of a professional bouncer tasked with maintaining order at a newly refurbished roadside bar in Missouri.

An enchanting Disneyland Paris Loungefly Backpack just made its way from France to Epcot! You can find it at the France pavilion in the World Showcase for $98, in fact, this is just one of the products you will be able to find as part of the Retro Disneyland Paris collection that arrived earlier this month.

The backpack features dark blue sequins on the front with 3D ears featuring fireworks and a circular front pocket with the Paris landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Sleeping Beauty Castle, “Disneyland Paris” text and fireworks.

First Look Inside the all-new DVC Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

Disney has recently shared an exciting glimpse into the new Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. The cabins, which are now available for booking by some DVC members, are showcased in a video from the “Details We Dig” series by Disney Files Magazine (a DVC member newsletter).

The living area includes a fold-out murphy bed with artwork inspired by vintage U.S. National Parks posters, featuring Mickey and Pluto. The bedroom pays homage to Disney’s long-defunct water park, River Country, with a framed collage that includes a postcard depicting the White Water Rapids attraction.

Additional details include storage drawers beneath the bunk beds, themed step stools in the bathroom, and various Chip ‘n’ Dale references throughout the cabin.

In partnership with The Michaels Organization, Disney plans to offer approximately 1,400 mixed-income housing units, with over 1,000 reserved as affordable.

This development, set to break ground later this year and complete its first units in 2026, is designed to help cost-burdened renters focus on personal growth and prosperity. The community will feature unique designs and amenities to promote wellness and a sense of belonging.

Located in the thriving Horizon West area, the community aims to seamlessly blend with the local culture and values, offering green spaces, parks, and vibrant gathering places. This initiative, which is not government-funded and will not financially benefit Disney, is part of the company’s long-standing commitment to supporting important causes in Florida and addressing housing insecurity.

Two-Month-Old African Elephant Calf Named Corra Joins the Herd at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Exciting news from Disney’s Animal Kingdom! A new addition has joined the savanna – Corra, a two-month-old African elephant calf, who weighs a whopping 312 pounds. She recently made her debut and is already stealing hearts with her cuteness.

Corra is the first second-generation elephant born in the Animal Kingdom’s history, with her mother, Nadirah, also being born here at Animal Kingdom. Corra’s family is well-represented in the park, with her aunts Stella and Luna, her grandmother Donna, and her dad Mac all part of the herd.

The journey to Corra’s arrival was a two-year process, starting with the animal care team noticing changes in Nadirah’s behavior. After a successful courtship with Mac, the magic of a second-generation calf became a reality.

During her pregnancy, Nadirah had regular ultrasounds to ensure both she and the baby were healthy. Despite the challenges of not being able to see the entire calf due to its size and position, the veterinary team, led by Dr. Betsy, could feel Corra move and even kick!

Nadirah’s care was a top priority, with keepers providing her with nutritious treats like sweet potatoes, carrots, and hay. As the big day approached, the teams monitored Nadirah’s hormone levels and the calf’s size and weight, leading up to the successful birth of Corra.

This achievement is part of Disney’s ongoing efforts in collaboration with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ Species Survival Plan to ensure the genetic diversity and healthy population of endangered species. And there’s more good news – two more baby elephants are expected in 2025!
