Take a look at the new Disney Princess Half Marathon Loungefly and Lug bags we found at the runDisney expo in Walt Disney World! There’s something for every princess, a backpack, tote bag and even a practical bag to carry your favorite drink! Take a look:
The Loungefly backpack features a gorgeous blue color with green details, the front showcases Ariel, Tiana and Rapunzel running through Walt Disney World, you can even see the different themed park icons like Cinderella Castle, Spaceship Earth, Tower or Terror and Tree of Life.
The front also features the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend 2024 runDisney logo and some clouds with stars. Turn it around and you will find three tennis shoes inspired in each one of the princesses. On the side the runDisney logo with a crown takes over, this backpack is definitely fit for royalty.
Lug also released a bag that will help you carrying your water bottle to keep hydrated all day! It features an all over pattern of Ariel, Tiana and Rapunzel racing through Disney World and runDisney logo. It also features two pockets on a side to carry all your essentials like phone, money, etc. So cute!
The last bag we found is also from Lug, this tote bag is features a royal blue color with Ariel, Rapunzel and Tiana running to the castle! Is the perfect size to bring everything you need during the marathon weekend.
They feature Ariel, Tiana and Rapunzel running through Walt Disney World on one ear and their different kingdoms on the other. The bow is made of sparkly blue sequins and feature a Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend 2024 logo charm, on the side, you will find “runDisney” embroidered in yellow.

Aladdin on Broadway to Celebrate its 10th Anniversary Next Month
Aladdin on Broadway marks its remarkable 10th anniversary at the New Amsterdam Theatre on March 20, 2024. As it dazzles audiences with its 3,513th performance on this momentous occasion, Aladdin will have graciously hosted nearly 6 million attendees at the New Amsterdam Theatre, securing its spot as #15 among Broadway’s enduring productions. Throughout its illustrious run, Aladdin has consistently graced the Top 10 list of highest-grossing Broadway shows, a testament to its enduring appeal.
In the span of this decade, only the titans of Broadway—The Lion King, Wicked, and Hamilton—have surpassed Aladdin’s box office success. To commemorate this milestone, a special celebratory performance is slated for the following week, on Thursday, March 28, where director-choreographer Casey Nicholaw promises a treasure trove of hidden Easter eggs and an awe-inspiring surprise within the show’s iconic production number, “Friend Like Me.”

The current ensemble of Aladdin showcases Michael Maliakel, marking his Broadway debut in the titular role, alongside Michael James Scott as Genie, Sonya Balsara as Jasmine, and Dennis Stowe as Jafar. Supporting the main cast are Milo Alosi, Zach Bencal, and Brad Weinstock portraying Aladdin’s trusty sidekicks Kassim, Babkak, and Omar, with JC Montgomery as Sultan and Don Darryl Rivera as Iago. Caleb Barnett, Jeremy Gaston, and Wes Hart are on standby for various principal roles.

This spring marks the triumphant return of comedy maestro Jack Black to his iconic role as Po, the most unlikely yet beloved kung fu master in DreamWorks Animation’s cherished action-comedy series, Kung Fu Panda 4.
Po, the courageous Dragon Warrior (Golden Globe nominee Jack Black), faces an unexpected twist in his journey after three thrilling adventures. Destiny calls upon him to assume the role of the Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace, a task that proves challenging given Po’s lack of expertise in spiritual leadership. Complicating matters further, he must swiftly identify and train a new Dragon Warrior before embracing his newfound position.
To make matters worse, the notorious and formidable sorceress, Chameleon (Oscar® winner Viola Davis), emerges on the scene with sinister intentions, threatening to unleash previously vanquished villains back into the spirit realm by seizing Po’s Staff of Wisdom. In his quest to safeguard the Valley of Peace from Chameleon’s malevolent grasp, Po reluctantly partners with the crafty, quick-witted thief Zhen (Golden Globe winner Awkwafina), a corsac fox whose unique skills become indispensable.
Throughout their comedic and unconventional journey, Po discovers that heroes can emerge from the most unexpected sources. The film features a stellar voice cast, including returning stars Academy Award® winner Dustin Hoffman, James Hong, Academy Award® nominee Bryan Cranston, Emmy Award nominee Ian McShane, and introduces Oscar® winner Ke Huy Quan as the new character Han, leader of the Den of Thieves.

Good news for fast-food fans in Orlando! Jack in the Box, the popular California-based burger chain, is set to open 10 new locations in the area according to reporting by Click Orlando. This announcement comes about a year after Jack in the Box previously announced the plans to build 14 locations in Central Florida.
Currently, there are no Jack in the Box locations in Florida, but the brand is ambitiously expanding across the East Coast, signing deals to open 123 new restaurants over the past year. Ed Zausch recently signed on to open 10 Jack in the Box locations across Central Florida, which will be in addition to the 14 already slated to open.

Great news for Disney’s Animal Kingdom visitors! The popular water ride, Kali River Rapids, is set to reopen earlier than planned. Originally scheduled to welcome guests back on March 16th, the ride will now be up and running on March 15th, giving everyone an extra day of splashy fun.
Kali River Rapids has been closed for refurbishment since January 8th. During this time, the ride has been getting some much-needed updates and maintenance to ensure it’s in tip-top shape for all the adventurers who are eager to take a spin.
This exciting news means that visitors to Disney’s Animal Kingdom can look forward to enjoying the thrilling rapids, beautiful scenery, and refreshing splashes a day earlier than expected. So, if you’re planning a trip to the park, make sure to add Kali River Rapids to your list of must-do attractions!
A heartwarming story unfolded at Walt Disney World, where Disney PhotoPass cast members turned a young boy’s dream into reality. Rowan, a passionate second-grade photography enthusiast, had always admired the Disney cast members who captured magical memories each day. His mother, Katie, shared his aspirations in a letter to the Disney PhotoPass team, expressing his dream of working for Disney one day. In response, the Disney PhotoPass team orchestrated a surprise for Rowan during his family’s recent visit to the Magic Kingdom Park!
The team named Rowan an honorary photographer for the day, providing him with a name tag, costume, and an exclusive photography session to learn the ropes of his dream job. The highlight of his day was taking photos of his family and a special visit from Pluto.
Rene Villa, an Operations Integration Associate Project Manager for Disney PhotoPass, played a pivotal role in making this moment special for Rowan. Villa, who started his career at a Disney Store and now works with the Disney PhotoPass team, shared a similar childhood dream. He keeps a framed letter from his childhood at his desk as a reminder that dreams do come true.
“It’s inspiring to see the next generation following in your own footsteps,” Villa said. “For me, making dreams like these come true is what being a cast member is all about.”
Rowan’s experience was captured on camera by Good Morning America, showcasing the magical moment when he was surprised as Magic Kingdom’s honorary Disney PhotoPass photographer. After his personalized training, Rowan expressed his excitement to return and eventually become a Disney PhotoPass cast member, saying, “It was magical! I love to make people smile.”

Disney Cruise Line Relaxes the Dress Code for Brunch at Palo and Palo Steakhouse
Grown ups that want to enjoy an adult-only brunch can do so on Disney Cruise Line! However, there is a dress code for those specialty dining opportunities. Disney announced yesterday that the dress code is being updated beginning immediately for adult-exclusive restaurants.
For brunch at Palo and Palo Steakhouse, dress shorts are now acceptable.
As a reminder, adult-exclusive restaurants aboard Disney Cruise Line ships are elegant dining experiences. Guests are requested to dress in a manner consistent with the restaurant’s sophistication. Formal or semi-formal attire is recommended. Also permitted is dress-casual attire with a polished look, such as dress pants, jeans in good condition, collared shirts, dressy tops and lifestyle shoes. For brunch at Palo and Palo Steakhouse, dress shorts are acceptable. Clothing such as T-shirts, swimwear and sports attire are not permitted.
