Disney World’s Annual Passholders have recently enjoyed the convenience of ‘Good to Go Days,’ which allowed them to visit the parks without needing a reservation. However, if you’ve been looking for these special days in March, you might have noticed that there aren’t any available.
Since their introduction on January 16, 2024, ‘Good to Go Days’ have been a popular feature for passholders, offering flexibility and spontaneity in their visits. But as of March 1, Disney has not added any new ‘Good to Go Days’ to the calendar, marking the first time since the program’s launch that no future dates are available.
For now, passholders will need to book a park reservation through the My Disney Experience app for their visits, except for after 2 pm when reservations are not required, except at Magic Kingdom on weekends. Additionally, the Park Hopper benefit still requires a reservation for the first park and entry before hopping to another park, with the same after 2 pm exception.

The enchanting 1900 Park Fare restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is set to reopen its doors on April 10, 2024, after a long hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This beloved dining destination is known for its unique character dining experiences, however it appears guests are in for a bit of a surprise with the eclectic new lineup of Disney characters who will be gracing the venue.
According to the official Disney website, guests dining at 1900 Park Fare can expect to meet characters from a mix of classic Disney films and newer favorites like “Encanto” and “The Princess and the Frog.” This represents a significant departure from the pre-COVID character lineups, which featured a Cinderella-themed reception for dinner and the Mary Poppins hosted breakfast.
For breakfast, guests used to enjoy the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast company of characters like Mary Poppins, Alice from “Alice in Wonderland,” The Mad Hatter, Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger. Dinner, on the other hand, featured a “Cinderella”-themed lineup with characters such as Cinderella, Prince Charming, Anastasia, Drizella, and Lady Tremaine. Dinner was a fan-favorite here, with interactions with the step sisters and Lady Tremaine high on many must-do lists, and breakfast provided a rare character interaction with the Mad Hatter.
The new lineup does not distinguish between breakfast and dinner, and is noted to include Aladdin, Cinderella, Mirabel and Princess Tiana. While each character is beloved in their own right and known for making dreams come true, the combination of characters from different eras and stories creates a bit of a confusing lineup that lacks the thematic consistency of the previous character meals.
Bookings for 1900 Park Fare will open on March 5, and reservations are likely going to go fast considering the pent-up guest demand for this resteraunt. Whether you’re a fan of the classics or excited to meet the newer characters, the restaurant promises a unique dining experience filled with Disney magic.

It’s possible that Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro was filming an announcement for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, potentially revealing the ride’s opening date at Walt Disney World.
The announcement may have been related to Mardi Gras, where Disney unveiled that the new attraction would debut this summer in the Magic Kingdom and later in 2024 at Disneyland. Disney also shared a glimpse of one of the Tiana audio-animatronics during the festivities.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure takes the place of Splash Mountain, maintaining the same ride track while undergoing a complete transformation of set decorations.
The “mountain” is now adorned with flowers, representing a salt dome in Louisiana, the setting for Tiana’s Foods co-op. The ride invites guests to join Tiana on a journey into the bayou to find a special ingredient for her Mardi Gras celebration.
Grandchildren of Roy and Walt Disney Send Letter in Support of Bob Iger
Nine grandchildren of Walt and Roy Disney have voiced their support for Bob Iger and the existing Walt Disney Company board, taking a stand against Nelson Peltz and other figures seeking influence within Disney.
The united front of the heirs, which includes Abigail E. Disney, a periodic critic of Iger, publicly announced their endorsement of Iger and the current board in response to Peltz’s proxy battle for board seats. Roy P. Disney, 66, emphasized the need to defeat these activists, asserting that their motivations lie not in preserving Disney’s magic but in dismantling it solely for rapid personal profit.
Here are those letters
To the Shareholders of The Walt Disney Company, As the family of Walt Disney, we support The Walt Disney Company management and its Board of Directors and oppose the nominations put forth by Nelson Peltz. The integrity in the name of Walt Disney has always been a priority to our family. Our mother โ Diane Disney Miller, Waltโs eldest daughter โ created The Walt Disney Family Museum to ensure that the history of her fatherโs life and those involved in the creation of his dreams would be honored and remembered. We still believe in this brand of integrity and storytelling. Bob Iger has grown this company in a modern world, and he continues to maintain a balance of creativity and profit. It is still a company based on the desire to entertain and explore. There have been challenging times, but this current management has adjusted and grown through those challenges. We are never without gratitude and pride for our grandfather and being a part of this family, and we will always cherish the memories and the life that we had with him. With this gratitude, it matters to us what the company does and how Walt Disney is represented.
As such, we support Bob Iger and The Walt Disney Company Board.
Sincerely, Walter Elias Disney Miller Tamara Diane Miller Jennifer Miller-Goff Joanna Sharon Miller
An Open Le(er to Shareholders of The Walt Disney Company
As the grandchildren of Roy O. Disney, we grew up with a front-row seat to the magic that fuels the remarkable company he and his brother Walt Disney built together. We spent our childhoods on the studio lot watching movies get made. We explored Disneyland with the creative geniuses behind the happiest place on earth. We saw the passion Walt and Roy had for creating life-long memories for children and families, and the infec@ous joy they got out of the work they did.ย ย
From Mickey and Minnie, to Snow White and Mary Poppins, Disney is not a company that makes widgets โ it makes magic. And it takes a special group of leaders with a deep respect and understanding for this tradition to develop the kinds of incredible experiences โ whether in a theme park, at a movieย theatre, or in your own home โ that touch peopleโs hearts.ย
Bob Iger, his management team, and the Board of Directors are faithful to this magic. They understand that the longevity of The Walt Disney Company isnโt only the result of smart business decisions; it is rooted in the strong emotional connection Disney continues to forge with generations of people from around the globe.ย
We may not agree about everything, but we know that our grandfather would be especially proud of what Disney means to the world today. We also know that, like us, he would be very concerned by the threat posed by self-anointed โac@vist investorsโ who are really wolves in sheepโs clothing, just wai@ngย to tear Disney apart if they can trick shareholders into opening the door for them.ย
What concerns us most about these hedge-fund-backed opportunists is that they have little to no knowledge of what Disney truly means to people like you. They havenโt made any arguments for why they should be entrusted with the keys to the kingdom our family built. To the contrary, their โI alone can fix itโ mentality makes clear that they are not interested in preserving the Disney magic, but stripping it to the bone to make a quick profit for themselves.ย
Weโre old enough to remember the bitter episode four decades ago when another corporate raider, Saul Steinberg โ who, as it so happens, was good friends with one of the current activists, Nelson Peltz โ launched a hostile takeover attempt of Disney and threatened to break apart the company. He was defeated, much as these activists must be defeated today.ย ย
This is not a company of interchangeable parts. It is home to thousands and thousands of dedicated employees who share the same passion Walt and Roy had for bringing hope and happiness to people through the magic of storytelling. Disney is lucky to be led by people who are looking to the future while drawing guidance from our cherished past. As The Walt Disney Company charts its path forward, it is imperative that the strategy Bob Iger, his management team, and the Board of Directors have implemented is not disrupted by those motivated by nothing more than their own self-interest.ย
Disney stories are filled with heroes and villains. We know who the villains are in this story, and we know they cannot be entrusted with protecting this companyโs rich legacy or guiding its bright future.ย
