And now – through a new collection from MAC Cosmetics based on Disney’s villains – even the most evil of you out there can emulate the looks of animated antagonists.
The line will be called Venomous Villains.
Cinematic scoundrels such as Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmations, the Evil Queen from Snow White, Maleficient from Sleeping Beauty and Doctor Facilier from The Princess and the Frog are getting color cosmetic collections set to debut September 30.
Think red lips and peach-hued blushes for Cruella and The Evil Queen, while Doctor Facilier and Maleficent are fashion-forward palettes in purple and black.
Princess/Frog baddie Doc Facilier will also have a Magically Cool Liquid Powder that MAC claims will go on like a mist to set (or enhance) foundation, but can also be used to give naked skin some dimension, according to Women’s Wear Daily.
The line will range between $12 and $30 in price.

Call me a nerd: I love the Carousel of Progress. Walt’s last attraction, built for the 1964 World’s Fair, sits in a corner of Tomorrowland and tells the story of the 20th Century through vignettes that take place in the family kitchen. The music is kind of corny (although in the interest of full disclosure, it’s the ringtone on my phone), but the sets are very detailed and accurate. The narration is fun and even though the last scene, which takes place somewhere in the 1990s, is impossibly outdated, it’s still great entertainment. How could you not love a ride that affords you twenty relaxing minutes sitting in blissful air conditioning while listening to silly jokes, a couple of which are unintentionally dirty. Well, if you have the sense of humor of a twelve-year old boy. Which I do.
The COP isn’t always open all day during slower times of the year and it’s usually closed during special events like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. For all the ribbing COP gets, it’s still a much-loved attraction, a part of the history of the park and of the people who visit it. Next time you’re in the park, don’t forget to stop by.

Vegetarians can request a barbecue skewer with potatoes, squash, bell peppers, mushrooms and tofu.
