Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Performers

The 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival’s live music schedule has been officially released, with all performance details now accessible on the Disneyland Resort website.

Mark your calendars! The 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, running from February 28 to April 21, 2025, will include live performances by numerous bands across two stages.

Palisades Stage

To help guests plan their visit, the live music schedule is separated by performance location. The scenic Palisades Stage, boasting a backdrop of Paradise Bay, will host performances on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.

Universal Orlando is rolling out a picture-perfect solution for Annual Passholders seeking a faster way to dive into their adventures. Following a successful test run at Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Florida has now implemented Photo Validation technology, promising to transform the park entry experience from a pause to a breeze.

Ticketless Entry Implemented for Annual Passholders at Universal Orlando 1

This innovative system offers Annual Passholders a chance to flash their smile instead of fumbling with cards at the entrance. The process is refreshingly simple: scan your ticket, strike a pose for the camera, and you’re ready to start your day of thrills. The system creates a Photo Template that serves as your digital signature for future visits, though you’ll still need to keep your ticket and Universal Express Pass (if purchased) handy.

But the perks don’t stop at the entrance. For guests with Universal Express Pass privileges, Photo Validation opens the door to what Universal calls “Effortless Entry” at select attractions across both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. Once enrolled, you can skip the regular lines without the need to scan your Express Pass repeatedly – truly a snapshot of convenience.

For those camera-shy visitors, Universal has thoughtfully included an opt-out option – simply let a Team Member know at the park entrance, and they’ll guide you through the traditional entry process.

Guests making a stop at EPCOT’s beloved Club Cool are finding their international beverage adventures falling a bit flat. The popular Coca-Cola sponsored location, known for offering complimentary soda samples from around the globe, is currently experiencing some notable vacancies in its usually robust lineup of international beverages.

Recent visits to this refreshing retreat have revealed that several of the signature drink flavors are running on empty, while some entire dispensers are completely out of service. This situation has left some guests unable to experience the full range of unique flavors that typically make Club Cool such a distinctive destination within EPCOT.

Currently, visitors can still enjoy five of the location’s signature offerings, including the notorious Beverly from Italy – a drink that continues to surprise unsuspecting taste-testers with its unique flavor profile. Other available options include the sweet and fruity Bon Bon Anglais from Madagascar, the exotic Minute Maid Joy Apple Lychee from Korea, the uniquely refreshing Sprite Cucumber from Russia, and Moldova’s vibrant Viva Raspberry.

However, three fan-favorite beverages have completely vanished from the tasting lineup. The tropical Country Club Merengue from the Dominican Republic, the refreshingly distinctive Royal Wattamelon from the Philippines, and China’s intriguing Sour Plum are currently unavailable, leaving some significant gaps in Club Cool’s usually robust international offering.

Embark on your Eggstravaganza adventure by purchasing a map for $9.99 at select merchandise locations throughout the Disneyland Resort. Please note that separate maps are available for Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and the Downtown Disney District, each guiding you through its respective area. After locating all the character eggs within your map’s designated location, simply return it to a redemption point to claim your “Paint-Your-Own Character Egg” prize. And yes, you get to keep your map as a souvenir!

For 2025, Eggstravaganza participants will be rewarded with a unique “Paint-Your-Own Character Egg” keepsake. This year’s collection features six beloved characters: Chip, Dale, Mickey, Minnie, the White Rabbit, and Thumper, each presented as a charming, egg-shaped wooden cutout. Each kit includes a mini paint set and brush, allowing guests to personalize their prize.

Each character egg comes with four carefully selected paint colors, reflecting their iconic looks. Pteranodon Flyers Soars Again at Universal’s Islands of Adventure

After an extended 10-month closure, the Pteranodon Flyers attraction at Universal’s Islands of Adventure has finally reopened to eager guests. The kid-friendly ride, which allows young adventurers to take flight beneath the wings of a Pteranodon, underwent necessary repairs beginning back in April, 2024 that resulted in an unexpectedly lengthy downtime.

While Universal has not provided an official statement regarding the cause of the prolonged closure, unofficial sources suggest that the extended maintenance period was due to challenges in sourcing the required parts for the repairs.

Pteranodon Flyers, designed specifically for children, offers a unique and accessible experience for those not yet ready for more intense theme park attractions. With a height requirement of 36″ to 56″ (92 cm to 143 cm), or the accompaniment of a rider meeting the height requirements, the ride caters to younger guests seeking a mild thrill. Children under 48″ (122 cm) must be accompanied by a supervising companion, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all riders.

The ride provides an easy air glide, allowing passengers to slowly soar and gently swing through the air in a comfortable seat suspended from a track above. The absence of sudden or scary movements makes Pteranodon Flyers an ideal introduction to theme park attractions for younger visitors. As they take flight, riders are treated to a unique bird’s-eye view of the vibrant theme park below, adding an element of excitement and wonder to the experience.

Paddy’s Bar Sign Now Up at Raglan Road in Disney Springs

Paddy’s Bar at Raglan Road in Disney Springs is taking shape! Not only have construction walls been removed, but a freshly installed sign now proudly marks the location.

The transformation of the new bar at Raglan Road continues, with construction walls replaced by neatly trimmed shrubs. The newly completed tile work on the facade catches the eye, while potential menu boards, flanked by light fixtures, are now visible on either side of the awning.

The newly installed shrub wall, while enhancing the bar’s aesthetic, has temporarily altered the pathway around Raglan Road. Importantly, however, the restaurant’s main entrance remains fully accessible, and Raglan Road continues to operate normally for all guests.

Since its commencement in 2024, construction has been steadily progressing on Paddy’s Bar, a new walk-up drink destination at Raglan Road. Situated to the right of the restaurant’s main entrance, Paddy’s Bar will provide guests with convenient to-go beverages upon completion.
