Enzo’s Hideaway is a true hidden gem at Disney Springs.  Offering a delightful array of food, ambiance, and storyline this full-serve restaurant is definitely a great option for couples, larger groups and families alike.  Here is our Enzos Hideaway Disney Springs Food & Photo Tour Review.

You can find Enzo’s Hideaway along The Landing at Disney Springs.  Be aware that the name renders itself to its location hidden under the walkway along The Edison and Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante.

Peruse the menus to discover some new and interesting cocktails and bites.

The libations and food choices are plentiful.  From Sangria and Specialty Cocktails to Entrees and Desserts, there is sure to be something wonderful on offer to suit your taste palate.

We began our evening with a pitcher of Sangria, a Limoncello Gimlet and a Luciano Spritz. Each of these options was tasty in its own right and we highly recommend the Sangria pitcher for the table if you have a party of 3 or 4.

For our Appetizer, we ordered the Salumi e Formaggi.  We ordered the minimum two orders for the three of us.  The serving was plentiful and we enjoyed the excellent combination of salty and mildly sweet flavors.

Our Entrees consisted of Classic Lasagna, Nonna’s Pasta and Capesante.  The Classic Lasagna was the embodiment of Roman Italian Flavors with melted cheeses and fresh-made pasta layers.  Nonna’s Pasta offers a unique take on your traditional pasta dish.  Rigatoni, Braised Shortrib, Meatball, Sausage and Tomato Gravy topped with Three Cheeses and Farm Fresh Cream is sure to wake up your taste buds for a rich and full-flavored meal experience.  Love Seafood or on a low-carb diet?  The Diver Scallops are seared to perfection for the Capesante and we really loved this menu option.

Our desserts included Tiramisu, Cannoli, and Nocciola.  These incredible dessert options actually offer great flavor without being overly sweet.  The Tiramisu is true to form with its layered Lady Fingers and Mascarpone Cream.  The Nocciola was the most interesting choice and is the newest addition to their Coppe Gelati Sundaes.  A fabulously sweet combination of Hazelnut Gelato, Caramel Sauce, Caramelized Hazelnuts and Whipped Cream made this amongst our favorite bites of the evening.  A traditional choice to end a beautiful Italian meal is the Cannoli.  Enzo’s Hideaway does an amazing job with this dessert option as they make the filling with sheep’s milk ricotta cheese.  While this may sound like a challenge for your taste palate, the results are amazingly good.  If you are a fan of the Cannoli, you must try this one!

As the story goes, during construction of Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, Enzo discovered these underground tunnels that eventually developed into Enzo’s Hideaway.  There are no windows here as you actually are in an old underground tunnel area.  Whether you are looking for a more intimate dinner, or a family gathering, this location offers that ambiance many of us are in search of when looking for an evening out.  The large Family Table certainly is a conversational piece and offers a great seating option for larger groups.  Be sure to look around at the Graffiti Walls as they offer their own fun and interesting accent to the interior.
