Check Out the New Trailers and Posters for Disney’s ‘Jungle Cruise’ Coming to Theaters This July. Disney has released dueling trailers and new character posters for “Jungle Cruise,” celebrating the one-month countdown to the film’s release on Friday, July 30. Watch Lily Houghton (Emily Blunt) and Skipper Frank Wolff (Dwayne Johnson) square off in competing trailers and decide for yourself…are you Team Frank or Team Lily? Be sure to also check out the brand-new character posters, available now. “Jungle Cruise” will release simultaneously in theaters and on Disney+ with Premier Access.

Inspired by the famous Disneyland theme park ride, Disney’s “Jungle Cruise” is an adventure-filled, rollicking thrill-ride down the Amazon with wisecracking skipper Frank Wolff and intrepid researcher Dr. Lily Houghton. Lily travels from London, England to the Amazon jungle and enlists Frank’s questionable services to guide her downriver on La Quila—his ramshackle-but-charming boat. Lily is determined to uncover an ancient tree with unparalleled healing abilities—possessing the power to change the future of medicine. Thrust on this epic quest together, the unlikely duo encounters innumerable dangers and supernatural forces, all lurking in the deceptive beauty of the lush rainforest. But as the secrets of the lost tree unfold, the stakes reach even higher for Lily and Frank and their fate—and mankind’s—hangs in the balance.

Production Has Begun on Marvel Studios’ ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. Filming has officially begun for the Black Panther sequel and though emotions are high on set, the cast and crew are eager to share more stories from Wakanda!

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige shared, “It’s clearly very emotional [on set] without Chad. But everyone is also very excited to bring the world of Wakanda back to the public and back to the fans. We’re going to do it in a way that would make Chad proud.”

Wakanda Forever is currently filming in Atlanta, Georgia and will star Letitia Wright (Shuri), Angela Bassett (Queen Mother Ramonda), Lupita Nyong’o (Nakia), Danai Gurira (General Okoye), Martin Freeman (Everett K. Ross), Winston Duke (M’Baku), and rumored to be joining the cast is Tenoch Huerta in an unspecified role, also rumored to be Namor.

Black Panther 2 directed and written by Ryan Coogler is expected to premiere July 8, 2022 in theaters. A new live-action series, Black Panther: Kingdom of Wakanda is currently in the works for Disney+ and will feature Danai Gurira as General Okoye. Disney changes Happily Ever After Pre-show announcement to be more inclusive

Last night at the special Cast Member preview of Happily Ever After guests heard a different pre-show announcement.

Previously, this pre-show announcement included the phrase “ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,” when welcoming guests to the upcoming Happily Ever After presentation.

However last night the new greeting simply states, “Good evening, Dreamers of all ages.” This new announcement is meant to be more inclusive for all guests visiting Walt Disney World.

Recently Tokyo Disneyland also changed theme park greeting from Ladies & Gentleman to Welcome Everyone as a way to make everyone feel welcome as well.

New MCU Themed Short Film ‘The Simpsons: The Good, The Bart, and The Loki’ Coming to Disney+

New MCU Themed Short Film ‘The Simpsons: The Good, The Bart, and The Loki‘ Coming to Disney+. Today, Disney+ announced, “The Good, The Bart, and The Loki,” a new Marvel-themed short from “The Simpsons” premiering Wednesday, July 7. In the new short coming exclusively to Disney+, Loki is banished from Asgard once again and must face his toughest opponents yet: the Simpsons and Springfield’s mightiest heroes. The God of Mischief teams up with Bart Simpson in the ultimate crossover event paying tribute to the Marvel Cinematic Universe of Super Heroes and villains.

Tom Hiddleston returns as the voice of Loki in the new animated short. The God of Mischief will be seen alongside many fan-favorite characters from “The Simpsons.” “The Good, The Bart, and The Loki” is the second in a series of Disney+ shorts from “The Simpsons” that highlight the service’s marquee brands and titles. The previously released Star Wars-themed short “Maggie Simpson in ‘The Force Awakens from Its Nap’” is now streaming on Disney+. New episodes of Marvel Studios’ original series “Loki” stream Wednesdays on Disney+.

Moana Journey of Water Construction is finally under construction. After months of demolition, and clearing debris, we finally can see the foundation. You can see the photo below. Obviously, we have no opening date, we do know that it has been delayed until after 2021 due to the pandemic shut down last year.

The Moana – Journey of Water attraction will be an immersive walkthrough experience where guests can interact with “magical, living water.”

Clearly, there is a long way to go, but this gives us a chance to see how far along Disney Imagineers are. Epcot is undergoing a huge transformation right now. Firstly, we have Spaceship Earth getting new lights for Disney Worlds 50th. Secondly, new rides are almost ready to open, from the Hit Disney Pixar Film Ratatouille, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Thirdly, Harmonious – the new Firework Spectacular.

See Photos from the ‘Black Widow’ World Premiere Fan Event Hosted by Marvel Studios. Marvel Fans in Melbourne, Australia, London, England, New York City, NY and Los Angeles, CA were some of the first to see Marvel Studios’ ‘Black Widow’ during a special world premiere event that took place on June 29th.

Audiences came out in full cosplay and even got to meet some of the stars from the film! Those in attendance celebrated Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow at four red-carpet fan events held around the world that included an advance screening of Marvel Studios’ “Black Widow,” and a surprise big-screen shout-out from Natasha herself, Scarlett Johansson. Fans in Melbourne were treated to a Q&A with Director Cate Shortland, while Florence Pugh greeted fans in London. David Harbour hit the red carpet in New York, and producer Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios’ president and chief creative officer, joined executive producers Victoria Alonso and Brad Winderbaum, and co-producer Brian Chapek in Hollywood. “Black Widow”—the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe—will launch simultaneously in theaters and on Disney+ with Premier Access in most Disney+ markets on July 9, 2021.

Disney Celebrates the return of the College Program. In a Facebook post from Walt Disney World Cast and Community, they go on to welcome back new Cast members who are part of the College program and also the new residency at Flamingo Crossing. Furthermore, Disney Parks has shared a new Tik Tok video, welcoming back Cast to Epcot. You can see both the post and video below.

The Disney College Program is back and today we welcomed the first of many students to call the new Flamingo Crossings Village home. What a joyous day for all our future Cast Members as they start this new adventure filled with hope, inspiration, and magic. We are so excited to welcome them into our Cast family as they get settled and begin their training this week. #DisneyPrograms #DisneyCastLife #MyDisneyMomentInterested in joining our Cast and Community? The Disney College Program was shut down last year due to the pandemic. Clearly, Disney waited until the parks were almost back to 100% to bring them back. Also, they needed to make sure the new Cast members were fully vaccinated. Along with making sure the new apartments were finished and ready to move in. Flamingo Crossing is going to be the new hot spot in the Orlando area, located on Western Way. Just outside Disney World.
