Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri visited the Chicken Guy in Winter Park
Guy Fieri, host of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and Guys Grocery Games, visited the Winter Park Chicken Guy location recently to unveil a new milkshake and interact with fans.
Chicken Guy is a fast-casual restaurant by TV personality and celebrity chef Guy Fieri. Guy was on hand at the Winter Park location, located at 818 S. Orlando Avenue, on April 5 to debut the limited-edition Huckleberry Shake.
The Huckleberry Shake is made with creamy, hand-spun vanilla soft serve and mixed berry puree, topped off with fresh whipped cream and Cinnamon Toast Crumble.
Guy joined “founding feather” Robert Earl to serve the restaurant’s signature fried chicken tenders, sandwiches, sides, and milkshakes to guests. Fieri even surprised guests by taking orders at the drive-thru. He also took time to meet with hundreds of fans, including members of the Winter Park Fire Dept.

The 50th Anniversary Decorations have been removed from Cinderella Castle
The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration has officially come to an end. The end of the celebration brings with it the removal of the 50th Anniversary Decorations from across Walt Disney World Resort, including Cinderella Castle.
The large 50th Anniversary Medallion has been removed, allowing the clock on Cinderella Castle to be visible for the first time since the 50th Anniversary Celebration started in October 2021.
The spire ribbons are still in place, however, we are unsure if they will be staying permanently as the pictures that were taken post-repaint but pre-50th Anniversary decorations do not contain the ribbons. We do know the updated color scheme is here to stay.

Disney Cruise line is officially bringing MagicBand+ tech to the high seas. DisneyBand+ is coming to Disney Cruise Line this summer, bringing the convenience of MagicBand+ technology to your next Disney Cruise Line vacation.
DisneyBand+ will bring the hands-free conveniences of Magicband Technology to Disney Cruise Line for the first time. Guests will be able to open their stateroom door and charge items to the payment card on their stateroom folio with a simple tap of the wrist.
Additional uses for DisneyBand+ include gaining access to the kids club (for guests ages 3 and up), linking photos taken by onboard photographers to your stateroom, and interactive enchanting surprises throughout your vacation. Since DisneyBand+ is the same technology as MagicBand+, you can recharge your band for use at Disney parks and resorts!

Three Big Names Join Recent Episode of the Mandalorian
This post contains SPOILERS for Episode 6 of The Mandalorian.
The latest episode of The Mandalorian “Guns for Hire” included cameo appearances by pop icon Lizzo (The Dutchess), comedian Jack Black (Bombardier), and Back to the Future’s Christopher Lloyd (Commissioner Helgait.) Bryce Dallas Howard returned to the director’s chair for the third time in the franchise. The episode was a significant change of pace for the series, harkening back to the buddy cop trope with Bo Katan and Din Djarin chasing down rogue droids on a planet ruled by Lizzo and Jack Black.
Plazir-15 provided a brand new setting for Law and Order: Mandalorian as the series took an episode to divert from the main storyline. The peace of Plazir-15 has been disrupted by malfunctioning battle droids, and Christopher Lloyds sits at the center of the conspiracy. Lloyd reveals old allegiance to the philosophical principles of Count Dooku and the separatist alliance. He has been undermining the efforts of the royal couple (Lizzo & Jack Black) with the help of old droid guild technology.
This is not the first time we’ve had exciting cameos from celebrities in the Star Wars series. The flagship Disney+ series continues to bring out Hollywood and Music’s A-List, who are clamoring for their chance to exist in the Star Wars universe as Cannon.

Disney World Annual Pass Pricing Revealed for 2023
This morning Disney announced that Disney World would resume Annual Passholder Sales starting on April 20th, 2023. If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member you can pick up your AP a week early starting on April 13th.
The Disney Incredi-Pass, Disney Sorcerer Pass, and Disney Pirate Pass will resume new sales and can be purchased online beginning April 20, 2023.

Disney World Annual Pass Sales for DVC Members to Begin on April 13th
Earlier this morning Disney Announced sales for Disney World Annual Passes would begin for all guests starting on April 20th! You can read all of the details here.
The blockout dates for the Sorcerer Pass usually happen around major holidays or when the parks are really busy. Think Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You can see the current blockout dates here.

Donald Glover’s depiction of a young Lando Calrissian in the 2018 Solo: A Star Wars Story was so compelling, Disney announced an entire Disney+ series centered around the character in 2020. We have not heard much about the series since, however, Donald Glover is sharing some updates!
Comicbook.com reports Glove stated in a recent GQ interview that talks about the series are still progressing, however, the series will only move forward as long as the series “the right thing” that is not going to be “like a waste of my time or just a paycheck.” Glover noted he would say more about the series, however, he could not go into greater detail “without Kathleen Kennedy like, hunting me down.”
While this is certainly not a ton of information to go on, Star Wars Celebration is coming up on April 7-10 in London. With any luck, further details about Lando will be revealed then.

Passholders now receive access to select Disney PhotoPass benefits (age restrictions apply) and, beginning April 18, Annual Passholders can visit the theme parks after 2 p.m. without needing a park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom Park. Pass blockout dates continue to apply. We’re celebrating the return of the “Happily Ever After” nighttime spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park, the world’s first Toy Story-themed table-service restaurant Roundup Rodeo BBQ at Disney’s Hollywood Studios opened just a few weeks ago and Journey of Water – Inspired by Moana is coming later this year to EPCOT. This month, we’ll also commemorate the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom, home to one of my favorite lands, Pandora – The World of Avatar.
