Out of this world food on the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser. During our brief time spent on the Halcyon, we got to enjoy a wide sampling of the dining you will find on your Galactic Starcruise. A stand-out that we did not get to sample from the breakfast menu is the Waffle that has the Halcyon logo, instead of the Mickey head or Stitch. It felt right being at Disney World and seeing this.
For our meal, we did try the Braised Beef Bantha Rib, which is a steak that is tender and the potatoes it was served with worked well. The best dish of the night though was the Seared Kashyyk White Fish, which is a grouper with a pea puree that worked so well together. Could very well be the best fish on Disney World Property, or in space if you want to think of it that way.
Our desserts were wonderful and the mango froth was decent and worth a try. The fruit jelly did not look right but tasted delicious. And the Chocolate was very well done.
Even with a limited menu, we got to sample it definitely tasted a step above most resort restaurants around the Disney World property. If you are planning a stay or on the fence about doing the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiers, the food is outstanding in all the right ways. Also, they will cover any dietary needs you may have.

DINNER Food on the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser
On the first night of your adventure, the Crown of Corellia Dining Room transforms for dinner into an enticing table-service supper club with a special musical appearance by a galactic superstar. You’ll enjoy a special evening with distinctive dining and entertainment as you socialize with passengers and crew.
The second night, The Taste Around the Galaxy showcases courses inspired by the geography and environments of iconic destination planets throughout the galaxy. With the serving of each course, a brief introduction presents the name, inspiration, and ingredients for the dishes. The meal includes appetizers and entrées for the table and a specialty dessert.
You can indicate your preference for first or second dinner seating (based on availability) when you book your vacation package. Food on the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser will exceed your expectations.
Please note: during dinner service seating assignments will be made to fill all available tables. Your party will likely be seated with other parties.
