This years big seller is bound to be the Orange Bird Spirit Jersey. The slightly lighter weight material the jerseys are made out of make it perfect for a cooler summer evening. The orange on the jersey is just the right shade. Its not to bright. The jersey is more of a lighter, cooler toned orange. Orange Birds cute little face is featured on the front and “The Original Florida Orange Bird” logo is displayed across the back.

If Spirit Jerseys are not your thing, there is plenty of other apparel featuring our feathered friend. If your a Floridian like me, or live in the warmer climates, the white cotton Orange Bird t-shirt may be perfect for you. For the men there is a lose fit button up blue collared shirt. The Orange bird embroidered on one side is just adorable. The hat with the “Think Orange” and Orange Bird embroidery is well made and I really like the backing on the hat. Its the little details that really make this line stand out. The drawstring shorts are nice and soft and were selling quite well for both men and women.

The Orange Bird home goods had not all arrived yet. What we did find was a mug in the shape of Orange Bird’s head with the Flower and Garden Festival logo on the backside. The Corkcicle Tumblers with “Squeeze Me, Im Full of Florida Sunshine” and Orange Bird sitting inside a watering can. I love that they incorporate the characters with the event. Its a nice way to remember the festival and makes a great souvenir. The salt and pepper shakers are double sided so you can turn one one way and another the other way for two different looks. These are based on the popular Disney trash can design.
