New TRON-Themed Disney Character Pressed Pennies Arrive at Magic Kingdom
Disney collectors have a new reason to head over to Tomorrowland, with a new TRON Lightcycle / Run pressed penny machine now available at Magic Kingdom.

The machine can be found inside Tomorrowland Launch Depot near TRON Lightcycle / Run, and the design fits right in with the attraction’s sleek, futuristic look. Even better, the coins themselves give some familiar Disney characters a trip onto the Grid.
There are eight designs available in total. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy can be seen riding Lightcycles, while other designs feature Mickey, Goofy, and Pluto in TRON-inspired outfits with identity discs. Stitch also gets his own coin, suited up and ready for the Grid. Each pressed penny includes “Tomorrowland” along the bottom.
Guests can purchase individual coins for $1 each, or pick up all eight designs for $5. For collectors, that makes the full set a pretty easy way to add a little TRON-powered Disney magic to the penny book without draining too many credits.
