It’s always ice cream weather in Orlando, so Valentine’s Day is a great time to indulge in a cool dessert. I’m also a consistent fan of chocolate/fruit combinations. Something about the creaminess of ice cream, the richness of chocolate, and a burst of fresh flavor from the fruit checks all of the taste boxes for a delicious treat. I can’t say no to blueberries or raspberries in my ice cream, but strawberries are particularly romantic and sweet, so I’m excited to scarf down, I mean delicately savor this sundae over the weekend.
