Westcourt will be a mixed-use development situated directly north of the Kia Center, encompassing a variety of offerings designed to transform the area into a vibrant hub.
This ambitious project boasts a diverse range of elements, catering to residents, businesses, and tourists alike. Here’s a breakdown of what Westcourt will offer:
- Residential Living:: 270 high-rise residences will provide upscale living options with breathtaking city views.
- Hospitality Sector: A full-service hotel will cater to visitors seeking a convenient and luxurious stay.
- Commercial Hub: Up to 300,000 square feet of Class A office space will attract businesses seeking a dynamic work environment.
- Entertainment Destination: 120,000 square feet dedicated to entertainment, dining, and retail will offer a plethora of options for dining, shopping, and catching a movie.
- Live Events Venue: A 3,500-capacity venue will host concerts, shows, and other exciting events.
- Meeting Spaces: Multiple meeting spaces will cater to conferences, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
- Parking Convenience: A spacious 1,140-stall parking garage will ensure a hassle-free visit.
