Six Ravens Exterior Signs Officially Unveiled at Disney Springs
The highly anticipated sibling to a Disney Springs fan-favorite is one step closer to opening its doors. Six Ravens, the brand-new culinary concept from the eccentric masterminds behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, has officially installed its exterior signage in The Landing!
Taking over the former location of The Art of Shaving—situated just a few doors down from the famously long lines of Gideon’s—the venue’s facade has been rapidly transforming into a dark, moody storefront. The arrival of the signs marks a massive milestone for the quick-service eatery, which is slated to debut as part of Walt Disney World’s summer lineup.

Stepping past the construction barriers, guests can now view the striking, gothic-inspired details anchoring the storefront. The design elements mesh seamlessly with the dark exterior wood and the signature aesthetic style Disney fans have come to expect from Gideon’s gothic lore.
- The Main Crest: Mounted directly above the entrance awning is a distinctive shield-shaped crest. It features a silhouette of a raven adorned with a gleaming gold crown, its body uniquely stamped with six white stars.
- The Typography: Hanging directly beneath the awning is the primary nameplate. The words “Six Ravens” are displayed in a beautifully sharp, custom Medieval-style font that looks straight out of an old English manuscript.
According to official Disney lore, the name Six Ravens is a direct nod to the ancient legend of the Tower of London, where a resident group of six ravens must constantly guard the fortress to prevent the kingdom from falling.

While Gideon’s Bakehouse satisfies the sweet tooth with nearly half-pound cookies and towering cake slices, Six Ravens is stepping up to answer the call for something decidedly savory.
The menu is a modern take on delicious medieval eats. The star attraction of the grab-and-go menu will be “Coffyns”—a clever, historical spin on traditional English hand pies popular through the early 1600s. Developed in collaboration with some of Central Florida’s most talented local chefs, a Coffyn features premium sandwich ingredients fully encased and baked inside a fluffy, house-made yeast roll.
To round out the menu, the location will serve:
- Smashed Potatoes: Hearty potato-based side dishes served alongside dynamic signature dipping sauces like “sweet heat” and homemade honey mustard.
- Dessert Tarts: For those who still need a sweet treat to finish their meal.
- Craft Beverages: Refreshing local craft beers on tap—created in partnership with Orlando favorites like Sideward Brewing—alongside root beer on tap.

With the kitchen renovations wrapping up and the final exterior signs officially hanging high, we anticipate the official grand opening announcement could drop any day now.
