Universal Celestial Goodnight Testing Underway at Epic Universe
The stars may soon align for Epic Universe’s first nighttime spectacular. Guests and fans are getting their strongest indication yet that Universal Orlando is preparing to debut a fireworks show at its newest theme park, as audio testing has now been spotted for the rumored “Universal Celestial Goodnight.”

A recently shared video captured audio playing throughout Epic Universe, featuring an announcement describing the experience as a “fireworks spectacular” and specifically referencing “Universal Celestial Goodnight.” While Universal has yet to officially announce the show, the audio test adds another piece to a growing collection of clues pointing toward a nighttime spectacular coming to the park.
The name Universal Celestial Goodnight first surfaced in late 2025 when Universal filed a trademark application covering amusement park entertainment and show offerings. Since then, fans have noticed several signs that a fireworks production was in development, including the installation of show infrastructure around the park and job postings for fireworks technicians. Fireworks testing was also observed prior to Epic Universe’s grand opening.

Nighttime entertainment was notably absent when Epic Universe debuted, leaving many guests wondering if a spectacular would eventually arrive. Based on recent testing activity, it appears Universal may finally be getting ready to light up the skies above Celestial Park.
