Disney California Adventure’s Food and Wine Festival is in full swing! The festival offers a series of marketplaces with menus catering to the flavors of California. This year, 2 new marketplaces have made their debut with all new menus. Guests of the festival are already loving these new items and so are we!
One of the newest stops at the festival is the “One in a Melon” marketplace. One of the most delicious items on this menu is the Pabana Cream Puff. This dessert has an exotic blend of mango, passion fruit, and banana mousse. The puff sits on a bed of vanilla-bean pineapple compote. This tropical treat is definitely at the top of our list of must try’s for the Food and Wine Festival. It was fruity, fresh, and tasty!
Also featured in this menu is the Berry Mule. This was a perfect pairing with Pabana Cream Puff. This alcoholic beverage is made with vodka, strawberry, Simply Watermelon, house-made rhubarb juice, and ginger beer. This was so refreshing and perfect for those upcoming spring days.
Guests visiting the festival should definitely take advantage of the Sip and Savor Pass. This pass allows you to try 8 different eats and beverages (non-alcoholic) for one price ($56). Annual Passholders receive a special discount on this pass!
You don’t want to miss the Food and Wine Festival at the Disney California Adventure Park! The festival runs until April 21st, so hurry on over to get your Pabana Cream Puff!
