These themed dishes, which are also available for takeout and online ordering, will be available from Sept. 22-Oct. 3:
Spaetzle
Housemade herb spaetzle, hefeweizen Mornay, braised pork belly, caramelized onions, brown butter breadcrumbs
Chicken Schnitzel
Breaded chicken breast, fried egg, Pilsner Düsseldorf aioli, hefeweizen braised slaw, kaiser roll
