As we anxiously await the arrival of another restaurant in Epcot’s World Showcase we can’t help by wander by and snap some pics for a Japanese Restaurant update.
A while back, Disney announced a new signature dining location would be opening in the Japan Pavillion at Epcot. As with the other restaurants located at this pavilion, the new signature location will be operated by Mitsukoshi USA. The new Japanese Restaurant is inspired by nature and will draw from the natural world and Japanese craftsmanship.
At this time, an opening date has still not been announced. However, we will be sure to update you once it is. In the meantime, there are still two other table service restaurants in the pavilion to enjoy: Teppan Edo and Tokyo Dining.
Teppan Edo offers Teppan-Yaki-Style cooking where chefs will chop and stirfry meals on a grill top right at your table. Not only will you enjoy a plateful of delicious food but you will be entertained by the skilled chefs who will entertain you throughout a portion of your dining experience.
Tokyo Dining is a contemporary-style restaurant offering traditional Japanese cuisine including sushi and Bento Boxes.
Keep following along with Chip and Co. for another Japanese Restaurant update and more information.
