New Items Added To The Pizza Window Menu At Via Napoli In EPCOT

Yesterday the 2017 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival officially began and we enjoyed every second of it. One of the highlights of the day was that Chip and Company was invited by the nice folks at Via Napoli to stop by and try some of their new offerings available from the Pizza Window. Of course we were happy to accept!

The Pizza Window where you can try out all this great food!

Delicious Pizza Bianca with pomodoro sauce, prosciutto, arugula, and fresh mozzarella.

Bottles of both Menabrea Bruna and Ambrata are available now.

We also were able to try their Polpette e Mozzarella Parmigiana which are hand-made beef and veal meatballs covered in tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmigiano and fresh basil. Of course you need a side of bread to help you soak up all the yummy goodness.

Last but definitely not least we were able to indulge in one of Via Napoli’s Bellini made with peach puree and prosecco sparkling wine.

We also tried out the Orangecello Cocktail from the Donkey Cart in the Italy Pavilion. It’s a delicious concoction of orangecello liqueur, orange juice, pineapple juice and strawberry puree. With all of that fruit juice it counts as being good for you right?
