There’s been some fun Christmas themed treats popping up all over the Walt Disney World Resort. The latest one we got to try was at the Polynesian Resort. This seasonal Christmas Tree Cupcake is packed with Christmas cheer.

Deck the halls with this Christmas Tree Cupcake over at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. It’s $5.99 or a dining plan snack credit. The cupcake itself is chocolate with a frosting covered ice cream cone tree. @waltdisneyworld #waltdisneyworld #disneyholiday #disneyspringsholidays #disneycupcakes #disneysnacks #disneytreats #chipandco
The Christmas Tree cupcake is made up of a chocolate cupcake, some peppermint buttercream frosting for a tree skirt, and an ice cream cone covered in frosting to make a tree. There is a chocolate bow at the top of the tree. The inside of this festive cupcake is filled with a peppermint mousse. The choclate of the cupcake pairs really well with the mint flavor of the mousse inside.
You can find this delicious peppermint surprise upstairs at Disney’s Polynesian Resort at the Kona Island. The cupcake is $5.99 plus tax or a snack credit on the Disney Dining Plan. This one seems to sell out, we were able to snag the last cupcake yesterday so make sure to head there early if its something you’d love to try.
Overall this wasn’t my favorite of all the new Christmas treats. The ice cream cone tree is more for decoration then eating since the frosting makes the cone so soggy. The cupcake itself did have a real nice peppermint flavor if you like peppermint you may really enjoy this. Keep following us at Chip and Co on Instagram for even more delicious holiday snack finds.
