Disney’s “Frozen 2” is just under a month from hitting theaters and the snacks and merchandise have hit Walt Disney World full force. We found this delicious Enchanted Forest Leaf Cookie Sandwich over at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
This cookie sandwich is located at the quick service location at the Grand Floridian, Gasparilla Island Grill. It’s around the corner from the Grand Floridian Cafe. Once inside it’s easy to find the bakery case and loads of yummy treats. The Enchanted Forest Lead Cookie was really delicious. It’s a maple leaf-shaped sugar cookie sandwich with maple and praline buttercream and topped with a chocolate coin. Anna and Elsa are pictured on the editable chocolate coin.
This maple and praline buttercream flavored cookie sandwich was really good. It wasn’t obnoxiously sweet and the cookie was nice and soft. At first it smelled almost like a carrot cake or cream cheese frosting. It was such a nice contrast from some of the overly decorated snacks and cupcakes we’ve seen lately.
