Guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park will have some new food options to try out. Starting TODAY, the park is unleashing a culinary safari of new flavors with a variety of dishes that will appeal to a wide range of tastes.

Kickstart your day with the Stuffed Pancake Sandwich, a mouthwatering combination of sausage, guava paste, egg, and cheese available at various locations within the park.
Harambe Market
Harambe Market is serving up a trio of exciting rice bowls – the Chicken and Shrimp Rice Bowl, Chicken Rice Bowl, and Shrimp Rice Bowl. Each bowl features jollof rice with kachumbari tomato salad and tzatziki sauce, with the choice of marinated chicken, peri-peri-marinated shrimp, or both. There’s even a kid’s version with peri-peri shrimp.
Don’t miss the Beef and Lamb Kofta Pita, or its plant-based counterpart, the IMPOSSIBLE Kofta Pita. Salad enthusiasts can savor the Harambe Salad with Chicken or shrimp. For dessert lovers, there’s a refreshing and delightful Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake on the menu.
Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery
This spot is introducing breakfast delights like the Egg and Bacon Croissant Sandwich with Tomato Pepper Relish and Breakfast Totchos. There are also two more options: the plant-based IMPOSSIBLE Gatsby and the Harissa Chicken Wrap.
Pongu Pongu
Nestled in Pandora – The World of Avatar, Pongu Pongu is introducing a decadent Cinnamon Roll, perfect to pair with its famous Night Blossom.
Flame Tree Barbecue
Barbecue enthusiasts can relish the new IMPOSSIBLE Burnt Ends, French Fries with Pulled Pork and Cheese.

The plant-based Italian Sausage is making its debut, served with a side salad with Italian dressing. You can also complement your meal with the Antipasto Side Salad.
Tamu Tamu Refreshments
For those with a sweet tooth, Tamu Tamu Refreshments is offering four new snacks, including the DOLE Whip Orange Soda Float with strawberry syrup, the classic DOLE Whip Float, and two adult options: the DOLE Whip Float with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum and the DOLE Whip Hard Cider Float featuring ACE Pineapple Craft Cider.
