There’s nothing like a day at Walt Disney World’s Epcot. From Exploring your imagination with Figment to eating your way around the World Showcase to shopping at Mouse Gears, Epcot may be the most laid-back of all the Disney parks. This is why getting into the park always feels like the biggest effort. Getting through security has recently gotten easier with the new toughness scanners, but the lines to get through the entrance were still a big pain this holiday season. So it’s very exciting to see that Annual Passholders will be getting a dedicated entrance permanently installed! No more temporary signs being thrown up at a different checkpoint every time you visit. One entrance just for APs.

Bioreconstruct posted the image on Twitter, pointing out the new sign on Thursday. While some people may not think of this as a big change to their visit to Epcot, it’s worth noting that Epcot has been undergoing some major developments lately and this is just the beginning.
We’ve also recently seen pylons installed in front of Spaceship Earth, which is an aesthetic update to the front of the park since they removed the monoliths. We are also awaiting several new rides and attractions, such as the Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster and Moana’s Journey of Water. With everything promised to us, Epcot will look like a whole new park in a few years!
Next time you’re at Epcot, be sure to look up to see the new Annual Passholded sign. If you’re an AP yourself it won’t be long before you’re walking through it!
