First up on the menu is the Strawberry Delight cookie, a nostalgic nod to the classic Strawberry Cremes found in Valentine’s candy boxes. This mouthwatering treat features a carefully crafted strawberry dough made with housemade strawberry puree, filled with dark chocolates, and sprinkled with strawberry-infused sugar. Unlike artificial strawberry candies, Gideon’s uses real strawberries sourced directly from Mother Earth, ensuring a truly authentic flavor experience.
If you’re craving a little heat with your sweet, then the Eternal Flame cookie is sure to ignite your taste buds. This velvety chocolate cookie is infused with Gideon’s special in-house spice mix of ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon, with a magical essence of cherry. Topped with chocolate-covered cherries, this cookie offers a deep chocolate flavor followed by a tingling warmth reminiscent of a first kiss. With a heat level rated as medium, it’s the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
