Churros are probably among some of the favorite handheld snacks at the Disney parks. And if they are your favorite, good news for you! There will be three new versions arriving to Disneyland Resort on April 13 for Pixar Fest!
The Snipe Churro- multicolored and fruity with lemon sugar, representing Up’s bold bird, Kevin.
Lots-o’ Straw-“Bear”-y- Churro- bright pink sugar, with a trademarked strawberry scent of the Toy Story 3 character.
Frontierland’s Coco Churro- topped with chocolate powder, vanilla bean, and salted cinnamon sugar, serviced with a Mexican chocolate dipping sauce that’s got a smoky chipotle kick.
There will be more churros released for Pixar Fest and at a permanent Toy Story-themed churro stand to debut within Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure on June 23. Disney’s culinary team said this is just the beginning of exciting new churros. There’s going to be an “explosion” of ever-changing churros from here on out and not just seasonal!
