Captain Cacao Celebrates Epic Universe’s First Year with Adorable New Merchandise Collection

Captain Cacao has quickly become one of the breakout stars of Universal Epic Universe, and now the lovable celestial explorer is getting a brand-new merchandise collection to celebrate the park’s first anniversary. Fans who have fallen in love with the sweet story of Captain Cacao and Maya of the Skies will find plenty to add to their collection at Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets in Celestial Park.

Leading the lineup is an updated Captain Cacao plush ($40), featuring the adventurous bear in his signature blue and gold tricorn hat, complete with embroidered Epic Universe branding and detailed costume accents. Guests can also pick up a smaller Captain Cacao shoulder plush ($25), perfect for bringing the beloved character along on your next adventure through the park.

Lug fans will also want to take a look at two exclusive accessories. A Captain Cacao Lug crossbody bag ($75) features a star-filled design, a front pocket shaped like Captain Cacao’s face, artwork of Captain Cacao and Maya aboard their moonship, and plenty of storage for a day in the parks. Completing the set is a matching Captain Cacao Lug coin purse ($35), which clips onto the bag and continues the celestial theme with coordinating interior lining.

Captain Cacao merchandise has been one of the hottest collections at Epic Universe since the park opened, with several items selling out multiple times over the past year. If these new anniversary releases are anywhere near as popular, fans may want to grab them sooner rather than later.
