Aerial look at the Construction around Epcot. Check out some of the images below that we took while riding the monorail into Epcot yesterday. We got to see the construction is almost done on the walkways for the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Also, it appears that the Play Pavillion construction on the outside area is almost complete. Epcot construction is moving along.
Earlier we posted an article about the removal of the Liquid Layer Splash Pad, and now the walls on the bridge have come down. Furthermore, the Moana Journey of Water is moving along. They are covering up some of the underground pits that will be for water and drainage systems.

On the Guardian’s side of the construction, the pavement is almost fully complete, including the walkway to the new Play Pavillion. The last thing that needs to be done is the installation of the new Sun/Star statue that will grace the outside of the entrance to the new roller coaster. Along with some major planting of flowers and trees.
