National Geographic announced the second season pick-up of LIMITLESS WITH CHRIS HEMSWORTH, following the global superstar as he discovers the transformative secrets of improving our lives and unlocking our greatest potential. This new chapter arrives swiftly after the triumph of its inaugural season, which captivated millions, igniting a collective curiosity that inspired millions to explore how to live better longer.

In the first season, Hemsworth pushed the boundaries of his body and mind to uncover how fasting can unleash the body’s anti-aging potential, how to effectively manage stress to safeguard against its detrimental effects, and how exposure to extreme temperatures can activate our bodies’ natural defenses against age-related diseases. Now, in the upcoming season, he embarks on four new monumental challenges across Nepal, Italy, Australia, and the United Kingdom, offering insights to help us all live not only longer, but also better. Returning as executive producers for season two are LIMITLESS creators Darren Aronofsky and Ari Handel of Protozoa Pictures, alongside Jane Root and Tom Watt-Smith from Nutopia.
