Minimum Wage Raised to $15/Hr for Disney World Cast Members

This past weekend the Minimum Wage for Disney World Cast Members was raised to $15 per hour at Walt Disney World!

Disney and local unions reached that agreement back in 2018 as the minimum wage has been steadily increasing over the years.

More contract negotiations are expected in 2022 which local unions are hoping to increase the minimum wage even higher.


Presently, Florida’s minimum wage is now $10/hr, having increased from $8.65/hr just this past week.
