We love our Disney Cast Members and we never hold back from saying so! These talented and passionate people have made magical memories for us over the years, and while guests have always been able to personally thank a Cast Member, send an email, or tweet a compliment, now there is a truly official way to let Disney know about their good deeds! Head to My Disney Experience for your chance to shout out a Cast Member who’s gone above and beyond!
You’ll need to start by clicking on the 50th-anniversary experience guide on the front page of My Disney Experience. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and you’ll find the option to share a compliment.

From there, you’ll be taken to a page where you can select what you would like to thank a Cast Member for.
Here are the options you can select:
- Caring for my individual needs
- Celebrating a milestone with us
- Ensuring the location was sparkling clean
- Ensuring we felt welcome and included
- Going above and beyond to create happiness
- Helping me with a unique situation
- Helping us make memories by being Magic Makers
- Inspiring me to want to be a future Cast Member
- Keeping safety a priority
- Making our experience extra magical
- Paying special attention to my child(ren)
- Sharing a special memory or a unique tip with me
I, for one, can probably think of an example from each of those categories off the top of my head.

What you’ll do next is select the location of the Cast Member you are complimenting. A location could be a theme park, Disney Springs, a hotel, the BoardWalk, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, transportation, or “other.” Then you can pick a specific land or area, followed by a specific department from attractions, dining, shops, custodial, and entertainment. Finally, click submit.

It should be noted that there is currently no option to give a Cast Member’s name. The compliment is therefore delivered to the department rather than an individual. We hope that eventually, we can single out Cast Members who make our days more magical. But in the meantime, we love that giving Cast Member compliments is easier than ever! Give them a shout-out on your next visit!
